About Rebel Athletic
At Rebel Athletic, we don’t just make apparel. We create confidence, empower performance, and redefine what it means to wear your passion.
Since 2012, we’ve disrupted the industry as the fastest growing cheer and performance wear brand in the world. Recognized by global brand consultancy Eat Big Fish as a Challenger Brand to Watch, Rebel is known for bold design, innovation, and unmatched custom craftsmanship.
From couture-inspired uniforms to elevated athleisure, we blend high fashion with high function. Every piece is built for athletes and performers who want to stand out, not blend in.
Founded by Karen Aldridge, Rebel started as a bold idea and grew into a global movement that celebrates creativity, individuality, and empowerment.
Our business is rooted in a made-to-order team and group orders. We partner directly with teams, gyms, studios, and program owners to design and produce custom uniforms, costumes, and performance apparel at scale. This collaborative approach brings each program’s vision to life through high-quality, fully customized pieces built for both performance and impact.
At Rebel, we’re not just creating garments. We’re building a community of dreamers, doers, and disruptors who lead with purpose and aren’t afraid to shine.
Summary of Position
We are looking for driven, personable Outside Sales Representatives to grow our presence in the School Dance market. In this role, you are the primary connection between Rebel and the programs in your territory. You will meet with customers in person, learn their needs, guide them through the process, and help them create something they’re excited to wear. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting new people, building relationships, and managing their own pace and performance. Success in this role comes from developing strong customer partnerships and growing your territory over time.
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week. As a territory-based sales representative, you are expected to dedicate your time to managing customer relationships, prospecting, appointments, events, and territory development. Due to the nature of the role, workweeks may regularly exceed 40 hours during peak seasons, competitions, events, and customer deadlines.

- Conduct in-person presentations, fittings, and product demonstrations
- Drive urgency in the sales process and move opportunities forward

Search Fashion & Apparel Jobs in ArkansasFashion & Apparel Green Card Sponsorship Jobs in Arkansas: Frequently Asked Questions
Which fashion and apparel companies sponsor Green Card visas in Arkansas?
Walmart, headquartered in Bentonville, is the dominant employer sponsoring Green Cards in Arkansas's apparel sector, particularly for merchandising, sourcing, and product development roles. Regional retailers and textile manufacturers operating in the Fort Smith and Little Rock areas also file PERM labor certifications for specialized positions in design, production management, and technical apparel roles where qualified U.S. workers are in short supply.
Which cities in Arkansas have the most fashion and apparel Green Card sponsorship jobs?
Bentonville leads by a wide margin, driven by Walmart's global apparel sourcing operations and the surrounding vendor ecosystem of apparel brands maintaining local offices to service the account. Little Rock offers opportunities with regional retail headquarters and apparel distributors. Fort Smith has a longer manufacturing history and occasionally sponsors Green Cards for technical textile and production roles requiring specialized expertise.
What types of fashion and apparel roles typically qualify for Green Card sponsorship in Arkansas?
Roles that consistently qualify include apparel product developers, textile sourcing managers, fashion buyers, visual merchandising directors, and supply chain specialists with expertise in global garment procurement. Technical positions requiring specialized knowledge of fabric science, quality assurance standards, or overseas vendor management are particularly strong candidates for PERM sponsorship, as employers can more readily demonstrate a shortage of available U.S. workers for these highly specific skill sets.
How do I find fashion and apparel Green Card sponsorship jobs in Arkansas?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search, letting you filter for verified Green Card sponsorship employers in Arkansas's fashion and apparel industry. Rather than guessing which companies sponsor, you can review employer PERM filing history directly on the platform. Focus your search on Bentonville-area apparel sourcing and merchandising roles, where sponsorship activity is highest, and use Migrate Mate's filters to surface only confirmed sponsoring employers in the sector.
Are there state-specific considerations for Green Card sponsorship in Arkansas's fashion and apparel industry?
Arkansas does not impose state-level immigration requirements beyond federal PERM and USCIS processes, but the state's apparel market is heavily concentrated around Walmart's vendor ecosystem. Candidates should understand that many smaller Arkansas-based apparel firms operate as Walmart suppliers and may have less institutional experience managing Green Card sponsorship compared to large national retailers. Verifying an employer's prior PERM filing history through OFLC records is a practical step before investing in a job search.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card fashion & apparel jobs in Arkansas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
