- Support global tax planning initiatives by analyzing complex tax concepts to optimize financial outcomes and support business strategy.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to address complex issues and help mitigate risk.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on internal restructurings and other corporate transactions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive tax documentation to support audits and regulatory reviews.
- Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to support the development and implementation of tax planning strategies.
- Partner with team members to identify opportunities, contribute to team objectives, and support decision-making in complex situations.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to support compliance and inform strategic decision-making.
What you'll bring:
- 4+ years of experience in income tax planning.
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
- MBA, Master’s in Accountancy or Tax, or a JD with a Tax LLM.
- Strong project management and communication skills to effectively manage tax-related initiatives.
- Proven ability to conduct tax research and prepare clear, well-supported technical documentation.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and business teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
