Position Summary
As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. About the team
The team leads the development and scaling of a unified headless data access and distribution platform supporting Retail and Ads. It focuses on enterprise-wide platform strategy, including Cloud Feeds, streaming distribution, APIs, governance, and developer experience standards. The group emphasizes architectural alignment, lifecycle management, and preventing fragmented solutions as capabilities expand. Members collaborate cross-functionally to deliver coherent, scalable products that meet complex business needs. The team values deep technical expertise, data-driven decision-making, and strategic product leadership to drive long-term platform success and innovation across multiple business areas.
What you'll do:
- Drive strategy and execution for complex products, owning end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization.
- Build deep customer and business understanding using data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms to prioritize product initiatives.
- Define multi-quarter product vision and strategy, aligning with market trends and business goals.
- Manage product roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee risk and dependency trade-offs.
- Utilize data and experimentation to validate assumptions and inform product direction.
- Influence technical decisions and identify innovation opportunities in collaboration with Engineering and Data teams.
- Mentor product managers and promote rigorous launch readiness and continuous improvement.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
