Responsibilities include leadership support, operating model design, product operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional program execution. The team brings structure, alignment, and delivery rigor to complex transformation initiatives, ensuring effective business planning, change management, and cross-functional leadership to support organizational goals and continuous improvement.

- Identify operational gaps and drive actions that improve organizational effectiveness and accountability.
- Foster strong cross-functional partnerships and a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
