Your opportunity
As a Product Development Associate, you will support the development and execution of product strategy for the North American business. You will leverage industry-leading research platforms such as Morningstar, eVestment, and approved AI technologies to analyze market trends, evaluate competitive opportunities, and generate actionable insights. Working closely with senior product leaders and cross-functional partners, you will help develop compelling executive presentations, improve business processes through automation and AI-enabled solutions, and support strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation across the product platform.
- Conduct analysis of competing products, industry trends, and investment topics
- Collaborate with senior team members to create internal presentations
- Perform independent analysis to support product strategy and innovation initiatives
- Leverage approved generative AI and automation tools to streamline research, improve analytical workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance overall team productivity
- Coordinate cross functional product development projects including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates
- Coordinate and facilitate the North America Product Activities forum providing status updates across teams working towards product launches and changes
- Apply AI-enabled capabilities within Excel, PowerPoint, and other approved technologies to transform complex data into clear, visually compelling presentations and executive-ready insights
- Partner with colleagues across Investments, Distribution, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other functions to support product development and implementation activities
- Develop innovative approaches to data visualization, storytelling, and presentation design that enhance decision-making and engagement with senior leadership, fund boards, and governance committees
- Support collateral creation efforts for internal presentations to the executive committee (ExCo), Fund Boards, Global Strategic Product Committee and internal conferences

- 1-4 years' experience in asset management, financial services, investment consulting, product management, marketing research or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Intellectual curiosity and an interest in investment products and the asset management industry
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative information and communicate key findings
- Experience conducting independent analysis and developing clear recommendations
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Compensation information
