- Strong interpersonal skills and communications style that will develop confidence in the team they lead and keep the attention of the broader organization
- High degree of comfort in ambiguity
- Previously demonstrated abilities as a consensus builder. Strong, self-confident, decisive leader with good listening skills. Self-starter with drive and initiative
- Emotional maturity and ability to create change in an environment where the structure may evolve rapidly

Search Partnerships Manager Jobs in ColoradoPartnerships Manager Jobs in Colorado: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies in Colorado sponsor visas for partnerships manager roles?
Technology companies with established Colorado offices are the most consistent sponsors. Salesforce, Oracle, and Palantir have hired partnerships managers in Denver and Boulder under H-1B sponsorship. SaaS companies operating in the Denver Tech Center, along with mid-size software firms in Boulder, also appear regularly in Department of Labor LCA filings for business development and partnerships-focused roles.
Which visa types are most common for partnerships manager jobs in Colorado?
The H-1B is the most frequently used visa for partnerships manager roles in Colorado, provided the position requires a relevant bachelor's degree in a field like business, marketing, or communications and the employer is willing to sponsor. Candidates already holding L-1 status through an intracompany transfer, or TN status for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying business categories, may also be eligible depending on the specific role.
Which cities in Colorado have the most partnerships manager sponsorship jobs?
Denver accounts for the largest share of partnerships manager sponsorship activity in Colorado, driven by its concentration of enterprise tech companies and regional headquarters. Boulder is a secondary hub, particularly for early-stage and growth-stage SaaS companies. Colorado Springs has a smaller but present market, primarily through defense contractors and technology firms with government-facing partnership functions.
How to find partnerships manager visa sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it practical to search for partnerships manager roles in Colorado without sorting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. You can narrow results by location and role type to focus on Denver, Boulder, or the broader Front Range. Employers listed on Migrate Mate have indicated sponsorship willingness, which reduces time spent on outreach to companies unlikely to support an international hire.
Are there any Colorado-specific factors that affect visa sponsorship for partnerships managers?
Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers to disclose compensation ranges in job postings, which can make it easier to assess whether a role meets H-1B prevailing wage requirements before applying. The state's strong university pipeline from CU Boulder and Colorado State also means employers are familiar with OPT and STEM OPT timelines, which can make them more comfortable initiating sponsorship conversations with international candidates in partner-facing roles.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored partnerships manager jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
