Search Partnerships Manager Jobs in IndianaPartnerships Manager Jobs in Indiana: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies in Indiana sponsor visas for partnerships managers?
Indianapolis-based employers with documented sponsorship histories for partnerships and business development roles include Salesforce (which has a significant Indianapolis presence), Eli Lilly, Cummins, and Anthem (now Elevance Health). Larger technology vendors and health tech companies operating regional headquarters in Indiana tend to be more willing to sponsor, as they have established HR and legal infrastructure to manage the process.
Which visa types are most common for partnerships manager roles in Indiana?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for partnerships manager roles in Indiana, provided the position requires a specific bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or communications. Candidates with extraordinary achievement in business development may qualify for the O-1A. Australians holding relevant qualifications may also find the E-3 visa applicable for qualifying roles at Indiana employers.
Which cities in Indiana have the most partnerships manager sponsorship jobs?
Indianapolis accounts for the large majority of partnerships manager sponsorship opportunities in Indiana, given its concentration of corporate headquarters in tech, life sciences, and financial services. Bloomington sees some activity tied to Indiana University's research and commercialization ecosystem. Fort Wayne and Carmel also have employer clusters in manufacturing and software that occasionally sponsor partnerships roles.
How to find partnerships manager visa sponsorship jobs in Indiana?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to browse partnerships manager roles in Indiana without sifting through positions that don't sponsor. You can filter by state and role type to surface employers who have an active sponsorship track record. This is particularly useful for partnerships roles in Indianapolis, where sponsoring companies are concentrated but not always easy to identify.
Are there any Indiana-specific considerations for partnerships managers seeking visa sponsorship?
Indiana's life sciences corridor, anchored by Eli Lilly and a network of biotech firms in Indianapolis, creates demand for partnerships managers with scientific or healthcare industry backgrounds, which can strengthen a specialty occupation argument for H-1B eligibility. Indiana University and Purdue University also produce graduates who enter partnerships pipelines, so some employers already have familiarity with international hiring through OPT and STEM OPT extensions before committing to full H-1B sponsorship.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored partnerships manager jobs in Indiana?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
