Otis is seeking a Senior Manager, Investor Relations based in Farmington, CT. This role supports the development of investor communications, financial and market analysis, investor engagement, and external messaging.
Essential Responsibilities
- Support preparation of earnings materials, investor presentations, and other external communications.
- Coordinate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to translate financial and operational performance into clear investor messaging.
- Prepare financial, valuation, consensus, and peer analyses to assess performance.
- Monitor investor feedback, sell-side research, market developments, and ownership trends; summarize insights for senior management.
- Support CEO and CFO investor engagement through targeting, briefing materials, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
- Prepare Investor Relations updates for the Board and senior leadership.
- Maintain Investor Relations website content and support sustainability and governance disclosures.
- Monitor the Investor Relations inbox, providing timely and professional responses to investor inquiries.
- Support improvements to Investor Relations processes and tools and contribute to broader Finance priorities.
Education / Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field required.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or equity research.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, valuation, capital markets, and public-company reporting.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with IR and market-intelligence platforms preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and project-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to distill complex topics into concise executive-level materials.
- Sound judgment, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this role is $120,000-$160,000. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
