IHRE AUFGABEN
Kernaufgaben:
- Versenden von Sitzen und Ersatzteilen entsprechend gültigen Herstell- und Qualitätsvorgaben (Lieferpapiere erstellen, Zollanmeldungen, Speditionsanmeldungen, Betreuung Kundenportale, etc.)
- Weiterleitung von exportkontrollrechtlich relevanten Vorgängen an die Exportkontrollstelle
- Koordination von Transportanforderungen für das K&N-Außenlager
- Erstellen und Pflegen von Arbeits- Prüf- und Verpack-Anweisungen (A+P)
- Kontrolltätigkeiten (Vier-Augen-Prinzip, etc.) im Rahmen der Qualitätsstandards inkl. Ursachenanalyse bei Abweichungen
Weitere Aufgaben:
- Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotentialen
- Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung neuer Produktionsstrategien (Lean/One Piece Flow)
- Mitarbeit in Projektteams
- Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Erfüllung der luftrechtlich sowie betrieblichen Anforderungen im Herstellungsprozess
IHR PROFIL
- Einschlägige mindestens 3-jährige abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Versandabwicklung inklusive Grundkenntnisse zu exportkontrollrechtlichen Vorgaben oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse
- Motivation
- Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in MS Office Anwendungen
