- Training & Education: Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees to promote awareness and understanding of regulations.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay informed on new laws, regulations, and industry’s best practices; communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Reporting: Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Trade Compliance: Ensure compliance with import regulations; Oversee compliance with customs regulations, tariff classifications (HTS codes), valuation, and country-of-origin requirements for imported goods and maintain accurate and complete documentation.
- Project Management: Lead minor compliance-related projects and contribute to strategic initiatives for regulatory readiness.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience.
- 4+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or regulatory affairs, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
- Pharmaceutical distribution or wholesale experience highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including trade compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 80,900 - 134,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
