Which companies sponsor visas for customer success managers in Florida?
Florida-based companies with a history of sponsoring customer success manager roles include Amadeus IT Group in Miami, Citrix in Fort Lauderdale, and tech firms clustered in the Tampa Bay area. SaaS companies serving Latin American markets are particularly active in Miami and tend to hire customer success managers with multilingual skills, which can strengthen a sponsorship case.
Which visa types are most common for customer success manager roles in Florida?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa for customer success managers in Florida, provided the role requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, communications, or information systems. Some applicants also qualify under the TN visa if they are Canadian or Mexican nationals in eligible professional categories. Australian nationals may explore the E-3 visa as an alternative to the H-1B lottery.
Which cities in Florida have the most customer success manager sponsorship jobs?
Miami leads Florida for customer success manager sponsorship activity, driven by its concentration of SaaS companies, fintech firms, and businesses with Latin American client bases. Tampa and Orlando are secondary hubs, with Tampa's cybersecurity and healthcare IT sectors generating consistent demand. Fort Lauderdale also has notable activity, particularly around enterprise software companies headquartered there.
How to find customer success manager visa sponsorship jobs in Florida?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to browse customer success manager roles in Florida without sorting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. The platform focuses on international candidates, so listings are relevant to H-1B, E-3 visa, and TN visa applicants. Filtering by Florida and the customer success manager category surfaces roles from Miami, Tampa, and Orlando employers actively seeking sponsored candidates.
Are there state-specific considerations for customer success manager sponsorship in Florida?
Florida has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage comparisons since DOL wage benchmarks are set at the federal level and don't account for this difference. Miami's bilingual market means many Florida customer success manager roles require Spanish fluency, which can narrow competition for international candidates with that background. The state's large university system, including the University of Florida and Florida State, also produces OPT candidates already embedded in the local job market.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success manager jobs in Florida?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
