The executive assistant to the VP/ACD provides high level administrative support without immediate supervision. Resolves and completes complex administrative tasks that may include travel and itineraries, manages schedules, facilitate/coordinate meetings, conference calls, ability to produce high quality meeting minutes and reports.

- Coordinates calendars, scheduling, and itineraries for executives and board members.
- Create presentations for executive and/or board meetings.
- Communicate and handle internal and external communications for executive.
- Create and interpret reports for executive.
Credentials and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of five (5) years administrative support experience in an office setting.
Preferred:
- Prefer at least 2 years at the executive/director level. Prefer experience in healthcare, research and/or academic setting.
