Your Impact
- Maintain and update customer and account data to ensure accuracy across systems and reporting.
- Support daily administrative operations including document management, scanning, filing, and correspondence.
- Process and validate source documents, identifying discrepancies and ensuring resolution through standard procedures.
- Input, review, and verify high volumes of data with precision, maintaining quality and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support operational efficiency and contribute to team success.
What You Bring
- 0–2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or a related function (internship experience welcomed).
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and general office systems and tools.
- Ability to communicate professionally, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or administrative environments preferred.
