Search Consulting Jobs in FloridaConsulting H-1B1 Singapore Sponsorship Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
Which consulting companies sponsor H-1B1 Singapore visas in Florida?
Florida's largest consulting employers include global firms such as Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, EY, KPMG, and IBM Consulting, all of which have filed Labor Condition Applications for specialty occupation roles in the state. Boutique and regional firms serving Florida's healthcare, financial services, and real estate industries also sponsor H-1B1 Singapore workers, though their filing histories vary. Reviewing DOL LCA disclosure data through the OFLC Wage Search tool shows which specific employers have active filings.
Which cities in Florida have the most consulting H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs?
Miami leads Florida for consulting sponsorship activity, driven by its concentration of financial services, multinational headquarters, and Latin America-facing advisory practices. Tampa follows closely, with strong demand in technology consulting and operations advisory tied to its growing finance and healthcare sectors. Orlando offers opportunities in hospitality and healthcare management consulting. Jacksonville has an emerging professional services market, particularly for financial and compliance consulting roles.
What types of consulting roles typically qualify for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship?
Roles that qualify for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship must meet the specialty occupation standard, requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. In consulting, this typically covers management consulting, IT consulting, strategy advisory, financial advisory, systems implementation, data analytics consulting, and operations consulting. Generalist roles where any bachelor's degree is accepted regardless of field can face scrutiny during LCA certification. The employer documents the degree requirement in the LCA filing with DOL.
How do I find consulting H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs in Florida?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search, letting you filter consulting roles in Florida by H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship history so you can see which employers have active LCA filings for your occupation. This is more targeted than general searches because it surfaces employers who have already committed to the H-1B1 Singapore process for consulting positions, not just those who might consider it. You can filter by city, role type, and employer size to match your background.
Are there any Florida-specific considerations for H-1B1 Singapore consulting sponsorship?
Florida has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage comparisons since DOL wage benchmarks are set before state tax considerations. Consulting firms with Florida offices serving Latin American clients often prefer candidates with multilingual skills, which can strengthen a specialty occupation case if language expertise is tied to a specific degree field. Florida's large healthcare and hospitality sectors create demand for specialized consulting niches where H-1B1 Singapore filings are less common than in technology or finance, so verifying an employer's prior filing history through DOL disclosures is worthwhile.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B1 Singapore consulting jobs in Florida?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
