- U.S. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- 4+ years of corporate and/or professional services experience
- Comfortability with having a variety of conversations with your team members, from light to challenging, including pushing back on Senior leaders
- Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an open mind and a positive attitude
- Strong leadership skills, professional maturity, and ability to coach and motivate a team
