HR Assistant

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour - $30.00 per hour

What You’ll Do: As a HR Assistant at Sodexo, you are an inclusion champion and trusted consultant. Your involvement in building a community for your team creates a positive impact every day.

Responsibilities include:

• Compile and maintain personnel records
• Processes applications and may schedule interviews
• Distributes and responds to questions regarding benefit forms
• May perform payroll-related functions
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
