Key Responsibilities
- Oversee plant accounting, general ledger, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, accounts payable, and receivables.
- Analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor inventory, expenditures, and budget compliance.
- Coordinate audits and ensure accurate financial records.
- Partner with plant and general managers on financial planning and operational decisions.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant financial or accounting experience.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, ERP systems, or financial reporting tools.
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant professional credentials.
- English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
