Job Summary
The HR Support role is essential to maintaining compliance with IDOA, DHS, and all relevant federal and state regulations. This role maintains and audits employee records, handles critical administrative duties, and enhances internal policies.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and basic office and computer skills
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive with good judgment, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Manual dexterity to handle paperwork and operate office equipment (e.g., filing systems, scanners, printers)
- Prior office experience preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain working knowledge of State and Federal Laws and Regulations.
- Answer and direct calls professionally.
- Conduct data entry, organize and maintain records in accordance with internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits of personnel files to ensure completeness and compliance with applicable federal/state regulations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and sensitive company data in full compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and all applicable state and federal laws.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by Management.
