This role owns the front office, ensures the facility runs efficiently, and maintains a professional, organized, and fully functional work environment at all times. This is a hands-on role that requires constant awareness of office needs, strong vendor coordination, and proactive problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, vendors, and deliveries, ensuring a professional front-of-house presence at all times.
- Maintain the overall condition, organization, and appearance of the office through daily oversight and regular walkthroughs.
- Manage inventory and restocking of all office supplies, kitchen items, beverages, snacks, and restroom supplies.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff, building management, and third-party vendors to ensure consistent facility upkeep.
- Identify, track, and resolve maintenance issues; coordinate repairs and routine services including inspections and pest control.
- Own conference room management and internal scheduling to ensure efficient use of space and resources.
- Oversee office security procedures, including visitor access, check-in protocols, and general facility control.
- Monitor and address any safety or operational concerns in real time.
- Act as the internal point person for day-to-day office needs across all departments.
