Which staffing companies sponsor TN visas in Florida?
Several national staffing and workforce solutions firms operating in Florida have sponsored TN visas for qualifying roles. Kforce, headquartered in Tampa, is among the most active. Staffmark, Insight Global, and Beacon Hill also maintain Florida operations and have hired TN workers. Sponsorship decisions vary by role, location, and business need, so confirming sponsorship willingness directly with each employer is always necessary.
Which cities in Florida have the most staffing TN sponsorship jobs?
Tampa and Miami account for the largest share of staffing TN sponsorship activity in Florida. Tampa is home to Kforce's headquarters and a dense concentration of staffing firm regional offices. Miami's bilingual workforce and Latin American business ties create demand for recruiting professionals. Orlando and Jacksonville round out the top markets, with Orlando particularly active in healthcare and hospitality staffing.
What types of staffing roles typically qualify for TN sponsorship?
TN eligibility in the staffing industry is role-specific. Positions that commonly qualify include management consultants, computer systems analysts placed in technology staffing divisions, accountants in finance-focused staffing practices, and engineers working within technical recruitment or workforce solutions. General recruiting coordinator and sales roles may not meet the specialty occupation standard, so the job duties and degree requirement of the specific role determine eligibility.
How do I find staffing TN sponsorship jobs in Florida?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find staffing TN sponsorship jobs in Florida. The platform filters jobs specifically by visa type and state, so you can browse roles confirmed as open to TN candidates without sifting through listings that don't apply to you. Searching by the staffing industry category on Migrate Mate surfaces Florida-based recruiting, account management, and workforce solutions roles from employers already open to TN sponsorship.
Are there any Florida-specific considerations for TN sponsorship in staffing?
Florida has no state income tax, which affects total compensation comparisons but does not change TN eligibility rules. One practical consideration is that many Florida staffing firms serve industries with seasonal hiring cycles, particularly hospitality, healthcare, and agriculture. TN status is employer-tied, so a role that ends or is restructured requires a new TN filing with any subsequent employer. Professionals in contractor-placement staffing models should confirm whether the sponsoring entity is the staffing firm or the end client.
