Which accounting companies sponsor TN visas in Florida?
The Big Four firms, Deloitte, PwC, EY, and KPMG, all have Florida offices and have historically filed TN visa paperwork for qualifying accounting professionals. Regional firms such as RSM, Grant Thornton, and BDO operate across the state as well. Large Florida-based corporations in healthcare, hospitality, and real estate also sponsor accounting TN workers for in-house finance roles.
Which cities in Florida have the most accounting TN sponsorship jobs?
Miami is the most active market, driven by its concentration of international businesses, financial services firms, and Latin American headquarters operations. Tampa has a growing professional services sector with several large accounting employers. Orlando's tourism and hospitality industry generates consistent demand for accountants, and Fort Lauderdale and Jacksonville round out the state's main accounting hiring hubs.
What types of accounting roles typically qualify for TN sponsorship in Florida?
The TN visa covers Accountants and Auditors as a listed profession, so roles that directly match that classification are the clearest fit. Internal auditor, financial reporting analyst, tax accountant, public accountant, and cost accountant positions generally qualify when the job duties align with the TN profession definition and the candidate holds a relevant bachelor's degree or Canadian CPA designation.
How do I find accounting TN sponsorship jobs in Florida?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for TN-eligible candidates and filters job listings by visa type, so you can search accounting roles in Florida without sorting through positions that won't sponsor. The platform surfaces employers who have sponsored TN workers before, which is more reliable than guessing from general job boards. Filtering by the Accounting and Auditing category and Florida location gives you the most relevant results.
Are there any Florida-specific considerations for accounting TN sponsorship?
Florida has no state income tax, which affects compensation structuring but not TN eligibility itself. Miami's large number of international and Latin American firms means some accounting roles involve cross-border tax or transfer pricing work, which can strengthen a TN application by tying the role clearly to specialized accounting duties. Florida CPA licensure requirements apply separately from TN visa eligibility and do not need to be met before starting the visa process.
