Which companies sponsor visas for growth marketing managers in Georgia?
Atlanta-based employers are the primary source of sponsorship for this role in Georgia. Companies like Cox Enterprises, NCR Voyix, Cardlytics, Intellicheck, and global firms with Georgia offices such as Salesforce and Microsoft have sponsored marketing professionals on H-1B visas. Larger technology and fintech companies tend to have established immigration programs, while smaller startups may sponsor selectively depending on the candidate.
Which visa types are most common for growth marketing manager roles in Georgia?
The H-1B is the most common visa for growth marketing managers in Georgia. These roles typically qualify as specialty occupations when the position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field. Candidates with extraordinary recognition in the field may explore the O-1A. Australians may also qualify for the E-3 visa, which has no lottery and is processed separately from the H-1B cap.
Which cities in Georgia have the most growth marketing manager sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta accounts for the overwhelming majority of growth marketing manager sponsorship jobs in Georgia. Midtown and Buckhead host a concentration of corporate headquarters and regional offices, while the Atlanta Tech Village area has a growing cluster of SaaS and marketing technology companies. Outside Atlanta, sponsorship opportunities are limited, though companies with distribution or operations hubs in Savannah or Augusta occasionally hire for regional marketing roles.
How to find growth marketing manager visa sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates and lets you filter growth marketing manager roles by state, including Georgia, so you can see only employers open to visa sponsorship. Because sponsorship is confirmed before jobs are listed, you avoid applying to roles where immigration support is unclear. Filtering by Georgia on Migrate Mate surfaces Atlanta-area companies in fintech, SaaS, and media that have active sponsorship programs for this role.
Are there any Georgia-specific considerations for growth marketing managers seeking visa sponsorship?
Georgia does not impose state-level restrictions on visa sponsorship, but employers must meet the federal prevailing wage requirement for the work location, which is benchmarked to Atlanta metro data for most roles in this state. Georgia State University and Emory University produce marketing graduates who compete for the same roles, so international candidates benefit from clearly demonstrating specialized skills in areas like performance marketing, lifecycle, or product-led growth that differentiate them in the applicant pool.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored growth marketing manager jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
