Which companies in Georgia sponsor visas for partnership development managers?
Atlanta-headquartered companies are the most active sponsors for partnership development manager roles in Georgia. NCR Voyix, Cox Enterprises, Intercontinental Exchange, Global Payments, and Salesforce's Atlanta offices have histories of H-1B visa sponsorship for business development functions. Mid-size SaaS companies and fintech firms in Buckhead and Midtown also sponsor, particularly when candidates bring specialized enterprise or channel partnership experience.
What visa types are most common for partnership development manager roles in Georgia?
The H-1B is the most common visa for partnership development managers in Georgia, provided the role meets the specialty occupation standard, meaning it typically requires a bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field. L-1B visas apply when a candidate transfers from an overseas office of a Georgia-based multinational. O-1 visas are an option for candidates with demonstrable recognition in business development, though qualification is selective.
Which cities in Georgia have the most partnership development manager sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta accounts for the large majority of partnership development manager sponsorship opportunities in Georgia. Buckhead, Midtown, and the Perimeter Center corridor are the densest areas, home to corporate headquarters and technology offices. Alpharetta, often called the 'Technology City of the South,' has a notable cluster of SaaS and cybersecurity companies that hire for partnership roles. Outside metro Atlanta, sponsorship opportunities are limited.
How to find partnership development manager visa sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates seeking visa sponsorship and lets you filter partnership development manager roles by state, so you can browse Georgia opportunities directly without sorting through listings that don't sponsor. Because employers on Migrate Mate have indicated sponsorship willingness, it reduces the time spent reaching out to companies that won't support a work visa for this role.
Are there any Georgia-specific considerations for partnership development managers seeking visa sponsorship?
Georgia's status as a major logistics and fintech hub means partnership development manager roles often require industry-specific knowledge in payments, supply chain, or enterprise software, which strengthens a specialty occupation argument for H-1B purposes. Georgia Tech's alumni network and Atlanta's university ecosystem also create pipelines that some employers reference when structuring sponsorship decisions. Prevailing wage determinations for this role in the Atlanta metro are set by the Department of Labor and vary by experience level.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored partnership development manager jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
