Search Partnerships Manager Jobs in GeorgiaPartnerships Manager Jobs in Georgia: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies in Georgia sponsor visas for partnerships managers?
Atlanta-based employers with documented H-1B sponsorship activity include Cox Enterprises, NCR Voyix, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), and Global Payments. Larger technology and financial services firms in the metro area are the most active sponsors for business development and partnerships roles, as they have the legal infrastructure and HR resources to manage the petitioning process.
Which visa types are most common for partnerships manager roles in Georgia?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for partnerships manager positions in Georgia, provided the role requires a specialized degree, typically in business, marketing, or a related field. Candidates from Canada or Mexico may qualify under the TN visa. Those with extraordinary achievement in business development may explore the O-1B, though that standard is demanding and assessed case by case.
Which cities in Georgia have the most partnerships manager sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta accounts for the overwhelming majority of partnerships manager sponsorship opportunities in Georgia, particularly in the Midtown, Buckhead, and Dunwoody corridors where technology, fintech, and media companies cluster. Smaller hiring activity exists in Savannah and Augusta, but candidates seeking the broadest range of sponsored roles should focus their search on the Atlanta metropolitan area.
How to find partnerships manager visa sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search partnerships manager roles in Georgia without manually screening each posting. The platform surfaces employers with active sponsorship histories rather than listings that simply do not mention visa support. Creating a profile lets you track new Georgia postings as they appear, which matters given how quickly sponsored roles fill.
Are there any Georgia-specific considerations for partnerships managers seeking visa sponsorship?
Georgia's tech ecosystem, anchored by Georgia Tech's strong industry ties, means some employers actively recruit internationally trained candidates for partnerships and business development functions. The state does not impose additional requirements beyond federal visa rules, but prevailing wage compliance under H-1B regulations applies. Roles within fintech and media, two of Atlanta's largest sectors, tend to have the clearest specialty occupation justification for partnerships manager positions.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored partnerships manager jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
