The CPM is responsible for the successful execution of assigned clinical trials imaging services, ensures completion of study deliverables, works on simple studies as study leader (in terms of design, location, phase, number of sites etc.), and pro-actively identifies and resolves clinical project issues.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and maintain clinical documentation (contact list, image procedure, camera manual, delivery note…)
- Set-up and manage assigned study budgets
- Manage the preparation, shipment and retrieval of study equipment in collaboration with the Logistic department. Ensures delivery against contract and in accordance with corporate timelines
- Participate in or manage clinical site trainings (Investigator Meeting, onsite training, remote training)
- Manage clinical site qualifications
- Quality control of data and management of queries. Review and resolve discrepancies in imaging clinical data with clinical sites
- Manage installation, closing and archival of studies on the central server
- Maintain frequent contact with and work effectively with clinical sites, sponsors, CROs and medical experts
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma required (at least)
- Bachelor degree
Experience required (at least)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing clinical trials or experience in managing other independent type projects
Skill required
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint or equivalent required
- Strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Comfortable presenting in front of large groups
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task as needed in a small company environment
- Can effectively cope with change
- Effective process and project management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
