- Unitize large volumes of discovery matters, including renaming files per naming convention protocols
- Be comfortable working independently in databases and becoming familiar with file structure and location of key documents
- Assist attorneys with important administrative functions, including interacting with clients regarding outstanding invoices
- Work independently and with others
- Follow established client and team guidelines for matter management
- Keep accurate time records
- Work efficiently in a heavily computer-based environment
- Strong, concise oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks under strict time constraints
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to exhibit good judgement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Professional
OTHER:
- Able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays with little to no advance notice.
