Which companies sponsor visas for customer success roles in Hawaii?
Technology companies with Hawaii operations are the most active sponsors for customer success positions in the state. Firms such as Salesforce, Oracle, and ServiceNow have documented H-1B sponsorship histories for customer-facing roles. Hospitality technology companies serving Hawaii's large tourism sector also hire internationally for customer success and account management positions, particularly in Honolulu.
Which visa types are most common for customer success roles in Hawaii?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for customer success professionals in Hawaii, provided the role qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, communications, or information technology. Australian citizens may also qualify for the E-3 visa, which follows a similar process but has no lottery. TN status is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying positions.
Which cities in Hawaii have the most customer success sponsorship jobs?
Honolulu accounts for the overwhelming majority of customer success visa sponsorship jobs in Hawaii. The city is home to the state's largest concentration of technology employers, financial services firms, and healthcare organizations, all of which hire for customer success functions. Smaller markets on Maui and the Big Island occasionally have openings tied to hospitality technology or regional healthcare platforms.
How to find customer success visa sponsorship jobs in Hawaii?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find customer success roles in Hawaii where employers are open to visa sponsorship. You can filter specifically by state and job function to surface positions relevant to your background. Because Hawaii's sponsorship market is smaller than mainland tech hubs, setting up alerts for new postings is particularly useful for staying ahead of openings as they appear.
Are there any Hawaii-specific considerations for customer success professionals seeking visa sponsorship?
Hawaii's geographic position makes it a regional hub for companies serving Asia-Pacific markets, which can be an advantage for internationally trained customer success professionals with multilingual skills. However, the overall volume of sponsoring employers is lower than mainland states, so candidates should expect a more concentrated job market. Prevailing wage requirements for H-1B filings apply statewide and are determined by the Department of Labor based on Honolulu-area data for most positions.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success jobs in Hawaii?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
