- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Active Hawaii Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License required by assignment start.
- Current BLS Certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of SNF/ICF or Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- Experience with EPIC and rehabilitation documentation systems preferred.
