Which companies in Idaho sponsor visas for enterprise account executives?
Boise-based technology and software companies are the most active sponsors for enterprise account executive roles in Idaho. Firms like Clearwater Analytics, Cradlepoint (a Ericsson company), and various SaaS startups in the Boise metro have filed H-1B visa Labor Condition Applications for senior sales positions. Larger national employers with Idaho operations, including Oracle and Salesforce, also sponsor enterprise sales hires through established immigration programs.
Which visa types are most common for enterprise account executive roles in Idaho?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for enterprise account executives in Idaho, provided the role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field such as business, marketing, or a related discipline. Candidates from Australia may qualify for the E-3 visa, while Canadian and Mexican nationals can explore the TN visa under the USMCA. L-1B transfers are also an option for candidates moving from a foreign affiliate of a U.S. employer.
Which cities in Idaho have the most enterprise account executive sponsorship jobs?
Boise accounts for the overwhelming majority of enterprise account executive sponsorship opportunities in Idaho. The city's growth as a regional technology hub has attracted SaaS, fintech, and cybersecurity companies that need senior sales talent. Nampa and Meridian, as part of the greater Boise metropolitan area, also host employer offices with occasional enterprise sales openings. Outside the Treasure Valley, sponsorship opportunities are considerably limited.
How to find enterprise account executive visa sponsorship jobs in Idaho?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates seeking visa sponsorship and filters enterprise account executive roles by state, making it straightforward to identify Idaho-based employers who have a demonstrated history of sponsoring work visas. Because not all job postings disclose sponsorship availability upfront, using a platform like Migrate Mate that screens for sponsorship-willing employers saves significant time when targeting Idaho's competitive enterprise sales market.
Are there any Idaho-specific considerations for enterprise account executives seeking visa sponsorship?
Idaho follows federal Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements, so sponsoring employers must document that the offered compensation meets the wage level for enterprise account executive roles in the Boise metropolitan statistical area. Idaho's tech sector is relatively young compared to established hubs, meaning fewer employers have mature immigration programs in place. Candidates should prioritize companies with prior H-1B filing history, which is verifiable through publicly available DOL disclosure data.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored enterprise account executive jobs in Idaho?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
