QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience, including significant project management and leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated success leading large and/or complex commercial construction projects and multiple project teams.
- Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and construction operations.
- Proven ability to develop and mentor Project Managers and other construction professionals.
- Executive-level communication, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and support repeat business.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with involvement in critical project and operational issues.
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and other construction technology preferred.
