- Work closely with software, systems, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support program planning, resource coordination, and execution activities.
- Understand software/system-level functionality to effectively guide discussions and decisions.
- Drive issue resolution, status reporting, and program updates.
- Ensure alignment between engineering teams, project goals, and business objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
- Background within heavy equipment, construction machinery, mining equipment, or offload machinery industry.
- Good understanding of software systems, system integration, or embedded systems.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience with CAT/Caterpillar-related projects or similar industrial environments.
- Exposure to autonomous systems, connected vehicles, or industrial software platforms.
- PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification is a plus.
