About Us (The Short & Awesome Version)
At Ivy Rehab, we’re more than a therapy provider—we’re a nationwide community of passionate people dedicated to helping others feel and live better. We invest deeply in your growth (personally, professionally, and clinically) and pride ourselves on a culture built around autonomy, collaboration, community, and a spark of entrepreneurship.
Why You'll Love Being Here
We like to think of ourselves as the “better place to build your PTA career,” and here’s why:
- Mentorship & Onboarding: Regardless of years of experience, all clinicians are offered a structured onboarding and mentorship program led by trained, hand-selected mentors.
- Endless Growth: Multiple specialty/residency programs, a packed CEU calendar, national clinical collaboration, an internal business school, leadership development, CI/Mentor opportunities, a clinical career ladder, and non-clinical career pathways.
- Unique Opportunities: Dream of opening your own PT practice? We can help you do that—with equity. Want to travel? We have an internal travel program, too!
- Intelligent Documentation: With the utilization of ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool), clinicians can expect a significant reduction in their normal documentation time, allowing them to spend more quality time with patients and keeping their notes AT work.
- Competitive Bonus Plan: Earn a bonus structure that YOU control—not based on your clinic’s revenue.
- Manageable Caseloads: We believe in aligning with regional outpatient benchmarks, and we’re proud to offer caseloads that are lower than many of our local competitors. This means you’ll have more time to focus on each patient’s unique needs, resulting in better outcomes and a more fulfilling workday.
- Flexible Schedules: We know outpatient ortho has a reputation for long, unpredictable hours, but we work hard to support our clinicians and create schedules that work for both them and their patients.

Which companies sponsor visas for physical therapy assistants in Indiana?
Indiana's larger health systems and post-acute care networks are the most active sponsors for physical therapy assistants. Indiana University Health, Ascension St. Vincent, Kindred Healthcare facilities, and regional skilled nursing operators have filed H-1B visa and other work visa petitions for allied health roles. Outpatient rehabilitation groups and staffing agencies that place PTAs across Indiana facilities also appear in Department of Labor disclosure data as sponsors.
Which visa types are most common for physical therapy assistant roles in Indiana?
Physical therapy assistants in Indiana are most commonly sponsored under the H-1B visa, which requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation, typically supported by the PTA's associate degree and state licensure from the Indiana Physical Therapy Committee. Some internationally trained PTAs also enter through EB-3 immigrant visa sponsorship, particularly in skilled nursing and long-term care settings where employers are willing to support permanent residency.
Which cities in Indiana have the most physical therapy assistant sponsorship jobs?
Indianapolis concentrates the largest share of PTA sponsorship opportunities in Indiana, driven by its density of hospital systems, outpatient clinics, and rehabilitation networks. Fort Wayne and South Bend have meaningful hiring activity, particularly in skilled nursing facilities and regional health systems like Parkview Health and Beacon Health. Smaller markets including Bloomington, Evansville, and Lafayette also post PTA openings, often tied to post-acute care facilities with staffing shortages.
How to find physical therapy assistant visa sponsorship jobs in Indiana?
Migrate Mate is built specifically to surface visa sponsorship jobs for international candidates, including physical therapy assistant roles in Indiana. You can filter by state and role to see which Indiana employers are currently hiring PTAs and have a history of sponsoring work visas. This is more targeted than general job searches because results are curated for candidates who need employer-sponsored immigration support.
Are there state-specific requirements that affect PTA visa sponsorship in Indiana?
Indiana requires PTAs to hold an active license issued by the Indiana Physical Therapy Committee before practicing, which means international candidates must have their foreign credentials evaluated and pass the NPTE licensing exam. Employers filing an H-1B or labor certification for a PTA role in Indiana must also meet the Department of Labor's prevailing wage requirements for the specific geographic area, which varies between metropolitan markets like Indianapolis and rural counties.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored physical therapy assistant jobs in Indiana?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
