About The Role
In this role, you will work on-site from a TurboTax location, serving customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit TurboTax products. You will leverage your tax expertise to provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support. Your ability to demonstrate understanding of each customer’s unique situation, and connect with them on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress some may feel when tackling their taxes. Whether assisting with simple W2 filings, navigating life events (marriage, children, elder care), or handling more complex tax scenarios like business income, amendments, or investments, you will serve as the go-to expert for your clients. Additionally, you will play a key role in growing TurboTax’s client base within the local community, establishing long-term relationships, and driving customer loyalty. TurboTax will provide a straightforward playbook, essential tools, and dedicated support to facilitate your success.
