- High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
- Class A CDL with applicable endorsements highly preferred, but not required for all positions.
- Previous construction experience in natural gas distribution, pipeline, electric, transmission, telecommunications, water, sewer, landscaping, concrete/asphalt, agriculture, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and safely perform physically demanding work.
- Willingness to travel occasionally when project needs require it.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
- Additional duties as assigned.
