Which companies in Kansas sponsor visas for revenue enablement managers?
Garmin, Cerner (now Oracle Health), and T-Mobile's Kansas City operations have all sponsored skilled foreign workers for sales operations and enablement roles. Larger enterprise software and telecommunications companies in the Overland Park corridor are the most active sponsors, as they have dedicated HR and immigration infrastructure to manage H-1B visa petitions for business strategy positions.
Which visa types are most common for revenue enablement manager roles in Kansas?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for revenue enablement managers in Kansas, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, qualifying it as a specialty occupation. Candidates with an MBA or demonstrated expertise in sales technology platforms strengthen the specialty occupation argument. L-1B visas are also used when candidates transfer within a multinational employer.
Which cities in Kansas have the most revenue enablement manager sponsorship jobs?
Overland Park is the primary hub, home to the regional headquarters of several technology, telecommunications, and financial services companies that build out revenue operations functions. Kansas City (straddling the Kansas-Missouri border) is a close second, with a growing concentration of SaaS and enterprise software employers. Wichita has a smaller but present market tied to aviation and manufacturing sector sales teams.
How to find revenue enablement manager visa sponsorship jobs in Kansas?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search revenue enablement manager roles in Kansas without sorting through postings that don't offer sponsorship. The platform surfaces employers in Overland Park and the broader Kansas City metro that have a documented history of sponsoring H-1B workers for sales operations and enablement positions, saving significant research time.
Are there any Kansas-specific considerations for revenue enablement manager visa sponsorship?
Kansas employers sponsoring H-1B workers must pay the Department of Labor's prevailing wage for the Overland Park and Kansas City metropolitan areas, which are distinct wage determinations from national averages. The state's concentration of headquarters operations in the tech and telecom sectors means revenue enablement roles here are often tied to enterprise-level teams, where the specialty occupation classification is generally well-supported by degree requirements and job duties.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored revenue enablement manager jobs in Kansas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
