INTRODUCTION
Synopsys is the leader in engineering solutions from silicon to systems, enabling customers to rapidly innovate AI-powered products. We deliver industry-leading silicon design, IP, simulation and analysis solutions, and design services.
We partner closely with our customers across a wide range of industries to maximize their R&D capability and productivity, powering innovation today that ignites the ingenuity of tomorrow.
Reporting to the Head of Global Talent and PPL Brand, this role sits on the People Brand & Talent Brand team and will be focused on managing and delivering campaigns and programs that will help employees understand, adopt and engage with our PPL (People and Places Team) products, tools, and programs we roll out - and do that in a way that feels clear, relevant, and human.
The Product Marketing & Change Enablement Manager approaches PPL offerings like real products, not just policies or announcements. Whether it’s a tool, a new PPL program, or a company wide change initiative, this role is responsible for shaping the story, strategy, and campaigns that help employees understand:
- what’s changing
- why it matters to them
- and how it fits into their day to day work
This person will work closely with PPL leaders, program owners, and enterprise partners, and collaborate deeply with our design and creative team to turn complex PPL initiatives into campaigns and experiences that employees care about and adopt globally.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Make Change Make Sense
- Program Manage change management and PPL product initiatives aligned with product style marketing for PPL rollouts, platforms, and programs.
- Translate complex changes into clear, relatable messages that resonate with employees, managers, and leaders.
- Help build, manage, and launch campaigns that speak to what employees care about - their time, their growth, and their teams.
Think Like a Product Marketer
- Treat PPL programs and services like products with a value proposition, target audience, launch plan, and lifecycle.
- Help shape messaging and campaigns that answers the real employee questions:
“Why should I care?” “What’s in it for me?” “How does this help me do my job?”
- Plan launches and sustainment strategies that go beyond announcements and drive real adoption. Think “always-on” campaigns that take a true product marketing perspective.
Create Campaigns, Not Just Communications
- Help develop and project manage integrated marketing campaigns for PPL Brand, Talent Brand, and Talent initiatives.
- Partner with creative, design, digital, and video teams to bring those campaigns to life through strong visuals, storytelling, and experiences.
- Ensure campaigns feel consistent, thoughtful, and intentional - not like one off blasts. We want to drive meaningful change initiatives that don’t get lost in a sea of communications with measurable outcomes.
Be a Connector and Translator
- Work closely with PPL stakeholders, product owners, People Partners, and enterprise teams to align on goals, timing, and audiences.
- Help leaders and program teams understand how to talk about change in a way that lands with employees.
- Act as a bridge between strategy and execution - making sure great ideas don’t get lost in translation.
Learn and Improve
- Pay attention to what’s working and what’s not - engagement, adoption, feedback, etc.
- Use insights to refine messaging, channels, and approaches over time.
- Help build playbooks and best practices so PPL gets better at change and adoption with every rollout.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in product marketing, change management, internal marketing, or transformation work, ideally in a global setting.
- A strong instinct for plain language and storytelling - you know how to cut through noise and get to what matters.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and across global teams.
- Experience partnering with creative and design teams to turn ideas into compelling campaigns.
- A point of view on what good internal marketing looks like and what doesn’t.
- A Project Management mindset – you are detailed, organized and good at keeping multiple participants on track to deliver on time.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
PPL does a lot of meaningful, complex work - but impact only happens when people understand it and engage with it.
This role is critical to making sure our programs don’t just exist, but actually land.
By bringing a product marketing mindset and a human lens to change, this role helps PPL show up more clearly, more consistently, and more effectively for employees across the company.

Which companies sponsor visas for revenue enablement managers in Texas?
Enterprise technology and SaaS companies with large Texas footprints are the most active sponsors for revenue enablement manager roles. Dell Technologies and NI (formerly National Instruments) are headquartered in the Austin area and regularly hire for enablement functions. Oracle has a major Austin campus, and companies like Salesforce, SAP, and Cisco maintain significant Texas presences with established visa sponsorship programs for specialized sales and revenue operations roles.
Which visa types are most common for revenue enablement manager roles in Texas?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa category for revenue enablement managers in Texas. The role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation when the position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field. Candidates with advanced degrees may also be eligible for the EB-2 immigrant visa pathway. Australian citizens working in this role can explore the E-3 visa as an alternative to the H-1B visa.
Which cities in Texas have the most revenue enablement manager sponsorship jobs?
Austin leads Texas for revenue enablement manager sponsorship opportunities, driven by its dense concentration of technology companies and SaaS startups. Dallas-Fort Worth is a close second, with a strong mix of enterprise software firms, financial services companies, and corporate headquarters that build out dedicated revenue enablement functions. Houston sees fewer postings in this role but offers opportunities within energy technology and healthcare IT companies.
How to find revenue enablement manager visa sponsorship jobs in Texas?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to search for revenue enablement manager roles in Texas without manually screening each posting. Because sponsorship status is often not clearly stated in general job listings, using a platform built for this purpose saves significant time. Migrate Mate covers Texas markets including Austin, Dallas, and Houston, where most of these roles are concentrated.
Are there any Texas-specific considerations for revenue enablement manager visa sponsorship?
Texas has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage comparisons used in the Labor Condition Application process, since take-home pay differs from states with income tax. Austin's competitive tech hiring environment means employers often move quickly on offers, so having visa documentation ready in advance is practical. The University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M also create pipelines into local tech companies, many of which have active OPT-to-H-1B conversion programs.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored revenue enablement manager jobs in Texas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
