JOB SUMMARY
The Security Services Enablement (SSE) Manager is responsible for leading the Security Services Enablement team within the Information Protection Services organization, with a primary focus on advancing HCA’s enterprise Zero Trust strategy. This role provides strategic direction, technical leadership, and operational oversight for the design, implementation, and maturation of Zero Trust capabilities across HCA’s application ecosystem and business workflows. Zscaler is a foundational platform within this strategy—including ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access), ZPA (Zscaler Private Access), and associated secure access technologies—the scope of this role extends beyond tool management to ensuring Zero Trust principles are consistently embedded into how applications are accessed, secured, and operated across the enterprise.
The SSE Manager will lead a team of highly skilled engineers and product analysts responsible for operational excellence and strategic delivery of Zero Trust initiatives. This includes prioritizing work that aligns applications and user workflows to Zero Trust principles such as least privilege, continuous verification, and adaptive access controls; fostering team growth and technical depth; and ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with IPS standards and architectural guidance. The role also requires close collaboration with internal application owners, infrastructure teams, and external partners—including Zscaler product and support teams—to resolve complex technical challenges, influence product roadmaps, and ensure HCA’s Zero Trust strategy evolves in step with business and technology needs.

- Adaptive and context-driven controls
- Translate Zero Trust architectural patterns into working, scalable implementations.
Technical Experience
Zero Trust Enablement & Capability Growth
- Drive the evolution of Zero Trust from an initial Zscaler-centric deployment to a broader, identity- and application-centric security model.
- Enable application and platform teams to adopt Zero Trust patterns by default, reducing one-off designs and bespoke access models.
- Partner with Product & Platform Security and AI Secure-by-Design teams to embed Zero Trust controls into:
- Application architectures
- Platform baselines
- AI deployment patterns
- Focus on reusable patterns, automation, and policy-as-code, not manual configuration.

- Work in close partnership with the Enterprise Security Architect to implement future-state architecture and design standards.
- Collaborate with:
- Identity and Access Management
- Network and Infrastructure teams
- Application owners and platform teams
- Ensure Zero Trust implementations align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and long-term strategy.

- Establish clear technical standards, engineering practices, and quality expectations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning within the team.
- Support career development through mentoring, feedback, and skill-building opportunities.
Program Contribution & Influence
- Provide engineering input into Zero Trust roadmap planning and prioritization.
- Influence vendor roadmaps and technology decisions through informed engineering feedback (including, but not limited to, Zscaler).
- Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities clearly to security leadership and partners.
- Contribute to enterprise security outcomes through collaboration, not centralized control.

Which companies in Tennessee sponsor visas for revenue enablement managers?
Healthcare technology and enterprise software companies lead visa sponsorship for revenue enablement managers in Tennessee. Nashville-based organizations including HCA Healthcare, Change Healthcare, and Asurion have sponsored work visas for sales operations and revenue-focused roles. Larger employers with dedicated HR and legal teams are generally better positioned to manage H-1B petitions, so targeting companies with 500 or more employees tends to yield stronger results.
Which visa types are most common for revenue enablement manager roles in Tennessee?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for revenue enablement manager positions in Tennessee. The role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Candidates already holding L-1B or O-1 status may also find pathways through intracompany transfers or extraordinary ability petitions, depending on their specific background and employer.
Which cities in Tennessee have the most revenue enablement manager sponsorship jobs?
Nashville accounts for the large majority of revenue enablement manager sponsorship opportunities in Tennessee. The city's concentration of healthcare IT, SaaS, and professional services firms creates consistent demand for this role. Memphis has a smaller but active market driven by logistics and financial services companies. Knoxville sees occasional openings tied to technology firms near the University of Tennessee corridor.
How to find revenue enablement manager visa sponsorship jobs in Tennessee?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to browse revenue enablement manager roles in Tennessee without manually screening hundreds of postings. Because sponsorship willingness is not always stated in job descriptions, using a dedicated platform like Migrate Mate that surfaces verified sponsoring employers saves significant time for international candidates targeting the Tennessee market.
Are there state-specific considerations for revenue enablement managers seeking visa sponsorship in Tennessee?
Tennessee has no state income tax on wages, which affects prevailing wage calculations and total compensation comparisons relevant to Labor Condition Application filings. Nashville's growth as a healthcare and technology hub means employers there are increasingly familiar with sponsorship processes. Candidates with experience in healthcare revenue operations or SaaS sales enablement will find their backgrounds align well with the industries most actively sponsoring in this state.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored revenue enablement manager jobs in Tennessee?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
