Search Revenue Enablement Manager Jobs in MassachusettsRevenue Enablement Manager Jobs in Massachusetts: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies sponsor visas for revenue enablement managers in Massachusetts?
Boston-area technology companies are the most consistent sponsors for revenue enablement manager roles. HubSpot, Drift, Veeva Systems, Rapid7, and Klaviyo have all sponsored workers in sales operations and enablement functions. Enterprise software firms concentrated along the Route 128 corridor and in the Seaport District are also active. Life sciences companies with commercial teams, such as Biogen and Takeda, occasionally hire for enablement roles with sponsorship.
Which visa types are most common for revenue enablement manager roles in Massachusetts?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa for revenue enablement managers in Massachusetts. The role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation when a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a standard requirement. Candidates already holding L-1 visa intracompany transferee status or O-1 visas for extraordinary ability may also find pathways. Some employers will also support EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship for established hires.
Which cities in Massachusetts have the most revenue enablement manager sponsorship jobs?
Boston accounts for the majority of revenue enablement manager positions in Massachusetts, particularly in the Seaport, Back Bay, and Kendall Square areas. Cambridge hosts a dense cluster of software and biotech companies with commercial enablement teams. Waltham and Burlington along the Route 128 corridor are also significant hiring markets, home to mid-size and enterprise technology firms that staff dedicated revenue enablement functions.
How to find revenue enablement manager visa sponsorship jobs in Massachusetts?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates seeking visa sponsorship jobs, including revenue enablement manager roles in Massachusetts. You can filter directly by role and state to see companies actively hiring and sponsoring in this market. Because enablement roles are sometimes listed under varying titles, searching broadly across sales operations and commercial excellence categories on Migrate Mate will surface the widest range of relevant opportunities.
Are there any state-specific considerations for revenue enablement managers pursuing sponsorship in Massachusetts?
Massachusetts has a strong university pipeline through institutions like MIT, Boston University, and Northeastern, which means many employers in the area are familiar with OPT and H-1B sponsorship processes. The state's concentration of high-growth SaaS companies creates consistent demand for enablement roles. Employers filing H-1B petitions must meet Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements for the Boston-Cambridge metropolitan area, which reflect the region's competitive compensation market.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored revenue enablement manager jobs in Massachusetts?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
