Search Revenue Enablement Manager Jobs in ArizonaRevenue Enablement Manager Jobs in Arizona: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies sponsor visas for revenue enablement managers in Arizona?
Phoenix-area tech companies are the most active sponsors for enablement roles in Arizona. GoDaddy, Axon Enterprise, and Zendesk have all filed H-1B petitions for operations and go-to-market positions in the state. Larger enterprise software firms with Arizona offices, including Oracle and Limeade, also appear in Department of Labor disclosure data for roles with similar responsibilities and requirements.
Which visa types are most common for revenue enablement manager roles in Arizona?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for revenue enablement managers in Arizona, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and qualifies as a specialty occupation. Candidates already holding L-1 visa intracompany transferee status or an O-1 visa for extraordinary ability may also transfer into Arizona-based enablement roles without entering the H-1B lottery.
Which cities in Arizona have the most revenue enablement manager sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix and Scottsdale account for the large majority of revenue enablement manager openings in Arizona. Scottsdale in particular hosts a concentration of SaaS and fintech companies with mature go-to-market teams. Tempe, home to several mid-size tech employers near Arizona State University, also generates enablement hiring. Tucson sees far fewer openings in this function and is not a primary market for sponsorship candidates.
How to find revenue enablement manager visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to find revenue enablement manager roles in Arizona without sorting through employers who don't sponsor. You can filter by state and role type to surface active openings from Arizona companies that have a documented history of H-1B and other work visa sponsorship for go-to-market and sales operations positions.
Are there any Arizona-specific considerations for international revenue enablement managers?
Arizona's Department of Economic Security follows federal prevailing wage standards, so employers sponsoring H-1B petitions for revenue enablement managers must pay wages at or above the DOL-determined level for the Phoenix or Tucson metropolitan area. Arizona State University and the University of Arizona produce a steady pipeline of business and analytics graduates, which means competition for enablement roles can be meaningful even at companies open to sponsorship.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored revenue enablement manager jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
