The DCE Associate will help QA, author, and evolve our customer “self-service” and “brand ambassador” content needs across platforms, leveraging feedback, learnings, and observations derived from daily interactions with our digital presence and customer engagements across those mediums for example: do we have the right FAQs; are there new FAQs needed; is product information accurate; is this customer video useful on the website or elsewhere; let’s use this customer review to highlight this product; and more!
The DCE Associate also participates in a professional development rotation by shadowing and assisting other functions within the organization including: eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Site Experience and Creative, and Operations.

- Amplify user-generated content from loyal advocates, encourage interaction between advocates and those considering brand products.
- Help facilitate the product review collection and presence with existing customers.
- Identify high-quality content derived from website, social and email customer interactions, in addition to third party content mediums, for use in website, social and content marketing channels.

Which consumer goods companies in Kentucky sponsor F-1 OPT visas?
Brown-Forman, headquartered in Louisville, is one of Kentucky's most prominent consumer goods employers with a history of hiring international talent. Procter & Gamble has manufacturing operations in the state, and regional CPG companies with distribution hubs along the I-65 corridor also participate in OPT hiring. Sponsorship availability varies by role, team, and fiscal year hiring cycles, so confirming directly with each employer's HR team is important.
Which cities in Kentucky have the most consumer goods F-1 OPT sponsorship jobs?
Louisville accounts for the large majority of consumer goods OPT opportunities in Kentucky, driven by its concentration of corporate headquarters, distribution centers, and logistics infrastructure. Lexington has a smaller but active consumer goods presence, particularly in food and agriculture-adjacent industries. Bowling Green and Elizabethtown have manufacturing operations tied to consumer products but fewer corporate-level roles that typically support OPT sponsorship.
What types of consumer goods roles typically qualify for F-1 OPT sponsorship in Kentucky?
Roles in supply chain management, brand marketing, data analytics, financial analysis, and product development are among the most common OPT-eligible positions in Kentucky's consumer goods sector. These positions generally require a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and align with STEM or business OPT authorization. Operations and engineering roles at manufacturing facilities can also qualify, particularly at larger multinationals with established international hiring processes.
How do I find consumer goods F-1 OPT sponsorship jobs in Kentucky?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international students searching for OPT-eligible jobs and filters listings by visa type and industry, making it straightforward to browse consumer goods roles in Kentucky without sorting through employers unlikely to sponsor. Because F-1 OPT sponsorship is not always advertised explicitly in job postings, using a platform like Migrate Mate that aggregates sponsorship-confirmed employers saves significant time during a job search with tight OPT deadlines.
Are there any Kentucky-specific considerations for F-1 OPT in the consumer goods industry?
Kentucky's consumer goods sector skews heavily toward manufacturing, spirits, and food production, meaning many available roles are plant-based rather than corporate-office positions. STEM OPT extensions apply primarily to science, technology, engineering, and math-classified degree programs, so students in business or marketing should confirm their specific OPT authorization period when evaluating timelines. Larger Louisville-based employers are generally more familiar with OPT paperwork than smaller regional manufacturers.
