Typical working hours will be Monday - Friday. The clinic is closed on the weekends and on all major holidays. There are no “on call” expectations for this position. Candidates should be licensed in the State of Kentucky and certified by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner.

Salary Range: $110,000 Base + Quality/Patient Satisfaction Bonus up to 10% of base salary + Production Incentive Opportunity
