- Serve as the first impression of our team—responding to employment inquiries in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.
- Drive creative and effective recruitment strategies both online and throughout the community.
- Interview applicants and oversee the complete hiring process, ensuring each new hire meets our Home Instead standards.
- Manage and facilitate background checks, drug screens, reference verification, and motor vehicle checks for all CAREPros.
- Lead new hire orientation and ongoing training programs to ensure CAREPros are confident, prepared, and inspired.
- Cultivate CAREPro engagement and retention by addressing the five core CAREPro needs and offering ongoing support.
- Conduct annual reviews, provide performance feedback, and address concerns with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate closely with the Scheduling Department to create meaningful, high-quality matches between CAREPros and clients.
- Lead disciplinary procedures and terminations when needed, with fairness and thoughtful judgment.
- Organize and execute CAREPro events, appreciation activities, and training opportunities to foster a thriving team culture.
- Assist with on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis.
- Regularly review and update training materials to align with the latest Home Instead standards.
