Summary
Provides administrative assistance to the Human Resources Department and performs a variety of tasks such as maintaining records, processing paperwork, data entry, scrub fittings for new hires, updating employee records in various systems and answering phones.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports Human Resources processes by assisting in daily operations of the department
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data, including birthday/anniversary lists, new hire and termination reports, licensure, and certifications
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and data changes
- Provides clerical support
- Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards
- Other duties as assigned
