- Draft meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure action items are documented and assigned.
- Respond to inquiries from project participants, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
- Ensure project compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying administrative or workflow enhancements.
Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
