Responsibilities:
- Issue invoices to customers for T&M, contacts, and quoted projects
- Issue monthly customer statements and A/R follow up
- Process credit memos, as necessary
- Update customer files with contact/billing information
- Submit invoices through customer invoicing website, portal or via email, per customer request.
- Perform data entry and administrative duties, as necessary

- Previous accounts receivable experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Interact professionally with customer via verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently
Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
$53,136.66 - $86,000.00
