Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive human capital management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent across the organization.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation programs to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Manage employee evaluation systems, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs to promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
- Lead change management efforts by designing organization structures, workforce planning, and succession planning to support business growth.
- Administer employee benefits programs using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors for efficient data collection and benefits administration.
- Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies while fostering open communication through social media management tools and HR communication channels.
- Coordinate project management activities related to HR sourcing, payroll processing via systems like ADP or Paychex, and administrative tasks such as data entry and contract management.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in human capital management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in employment & labor law compliance including FMLA, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or UltiPro; familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Lever is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead organizational change initiatives effectively.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to manage conflict resolution and foster positive employee relations.
- Knowledge of workforce management tools such as Kronos or Dayforce; experience in training & development programs is a plus.
- Administrative experience involving data collection, reporting, contract oversight, and social media engagement related to HR functions is preferred.
