What you’ll do:
- Develop and coordinate all facets of project design from conceptual design (sketches, illustrative graphics, 3D-Models, renderings) through construction documentation (details, plans, document production).
- Perform production functions: sketching, drafting, documentation, and model creation.
- Prepare design presentation packages.
Experience and Education:
- A Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
- 2-4 years of experience preferred.
- Experience in construction documentation strongly encouraged.
High level of proficiency in:
- Communication and Presentation: Adobe and Microsoft suites, rendering, physical model making.
- Documentation: Revit and AutoCAD.
- Design: Rhino, SketchUp, Grasshopper, etc.
Experience and Education:
- A Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
- Licensed Landscape Architect a plus (not required).
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Experience across design phases from master planning to construction documentation and administration.
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
