- keep management systems up-to-date with client information
- educate clients on account services and capabilities
- help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
- collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
- plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
- provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities.

You’ll be working with a Private Wealth Management team in Boston.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- series 7 and 66 licenses to be obtained 6 months into role
- ideally 0-2 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
- bachelor degree preferred, focusing on finance
- excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

SALARY INFORMATION
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
- United States - Massachusetts - Boston min USD 55000 - max USD 75000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
