INTRODUCTION
Clean Harbors in Norwell, MA is hiring an Inside Sales Business Development Representative who will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying leads to generate new business opportunities while prospecting existing customers. Involves proactive outreach to potential Clean Harbors clients, building relationships, and effectively communicating our value proposition. This is a business development role which includes direct selling as well as referring large complex sales to the PFAS, Healthcare, Industrial and Field Sales Teams. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role can be located in Norwell, MA or sit out of a Clean Harbors office on the West Coast.

- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 4-6 years of related experience is required
- Attention to detail

- Business to business sales experience
- Salesforce experience is required
Responsibilities
- Follow up on open opportunities with prospect, quote team, field reps and branches until opportunity is closed
- Outbound calls to prospects from web, call center and TPM group leads
- Utilize Salesforce to prospect owned accounts for cross sell, existing services and new services
- Generate, review and develop reports in Salesforce for prospecting, campaigns and manager meetings
- Attend virtual meetings with manager, TPM team, Branches & business partners and prospects
- Other duties as assigned

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this role. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and business needs.
