As an Engineering Director, you'll mentor staff and project teams while overseeing the design and delivery of high-quality multimodal transportation projects. You'll foster a positive, high-performing culture that supports collaboration, growth, and accountability. WHAT YOU BRING:
- PE license and local/regional consulting experience
- 15+ years in multimodal design, including conceptual design and construction documents
- 10+ years in project/design management and business development
- Strong client relationship skills with a proven track record of winning work
- Expertise in street design, construction documents, cost estimating, and permitting

COMPENSATION
We are targeting a salary range of $160,000 to $180,000 for this position. For candidates whose qualifications significantly exceed the job requirements, a salary of up to $200,000 may be offered.
