Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Urology Global Marketing team, the Associate Product Manager will support the day to day management and growth of Laborie’s pelvic health and continence therapy portfolio, including UroSytm®, Injectak®, Macroplastique®, and Eclipse®. This role works closely with senior product managers and cross functional teams to execute product strategies, support launches, and develop marketing and sales enablement tools that drive awareness and adoption. This position is ideal for an early career product professional seeking to build expertise in medical devices and therapies.
About the Role:
Product Marketing & Strategy Support: Partner with the Senior Director and product managers to develop and execute marketing plans and product strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth across the OAB imaging portfolio, including lifecycle management.
Launch & Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate product launches and post-launch activities by collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Training & Education, Clinical, Regulatory, and Operations teams.
Marketing, Sales & Training Enablement: Develop, maintain, and support marketing and sales enablement materials (brochures, presentations, sales aids, competitive tools) and partner with Training & Education teams to deliver clinician and sales training content.
Market Insights & Performance Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and voice-of-customer activities; track product performance metrics and provide insights and summaries to inform positioning, messaging, and portfolio decisions.
Field, Compliance & Operational Support: Support field teams with product inquiries and customer engagements, assist with congresses and trade shows, ensure marketing compliance with regulatory requirements, and support operational activities such as forecasting, SKU maintenance, and internal communications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, marketing, sales operations, consulting, or a related role; experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and summarize market data, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear marketing materials and internal presentations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast paced, cross functional environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain compliant materials aligned with regulatory and quality standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with CRM or analytics tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support field activities, meetings, and conferences.
